Kitboard Gold is a superior product. Its wide applications include designing furniture, partitions, racks / shelves, shutters, under layer for decorative laminates, etc. It is manufactured from the combination of selected, seasoned, durable Pinewood timber battens and Gurjan core veneers.
The battens are systematically arranged to avoid any extra gap. It has extra resin content as compared to Kitboard and is, therefore, stronger and more durable. Regular tests are conducted to maintain the quality of block boards as per the standards.
Kitboard Plus block board is a premium quality board, bonded with ultra power PF resin. All the three components of this blockboard i.e. face veneer, core veneer & wooden battens are well matched. The wooden battens are thoroughly seasoned in scientifically run seasoning kiln plants and then cut with great precision to obtain uniform thickness. These battens are systematically arranged with the utmost care, to avoid any extra gap between the battens.
Regular tests are conducted to maintain the quality of block board as per the industry standards.
Swastik Gold MR grade board is manufactured for interior applications like wardrobe, kitchen cabinet, wall panelling, etc.
Swastik Gold is a premium grade high-density block board, manufactured with hardwood veneer. It is bonded with MUF resin and pressed in India’s best hydraulic press for high quality. Advance technology has been used during the assembly of the panel to avoid the gap or overlap of the core veneer.
Swastik Plus MR grade block board mainly serves indoor solutions like furniture for offices, wall panelling, partitions, etc. It's applications also extend to furnishings for kitchen, bathroom and wall mounting.
Swastik Plus is made from high-quality core veneers of uniform thickness. The veneers are bonded using Melamine Urea Formaldehyde resin. It is dimensionally stable and durable for lasting service. Bonded with high-quality resins it is pressed under heat, pressure and controlled conditions to obtain superior block board.
Kit 2000 is a premium grade block board available in MR & BWR Grade. It is manufactured from well seasoned, good quality, selected hardcore species like Eucalyptus.
MR grade board is bonded with - MUF synthetic resin and BWR board is bonded with PF synthetic resin. Each core veneer is chemically treated to make it resistant to termites and borer. It's block board is very durable and shall ensure the longevity of your furniture.
Vista 710 marine grade block board is available in BWP grade in plywood/block board. Vista is the economical range of quality plywood and block board products from the house of Kitply.
BWP Grade block board is bonded with high-quality Phenol Formaldehyde Synthetic resin. Each layer of veneer used to manufacture vista block board is chemically treated and the glue line is protected with organic chemicals.
